At Essex RFU we recognise that Youth Rugby is very important to the long term stability of all our Clubs. It proivides not only the players but the referees, coaches, volunteers, many of which will go on to become the leaders of our great game.

Asd such we have taken the decision to start work on setting up our own Youth Council.
