RFU Council Member
Essex Clubs vote for a Council Member to represent them on the full RFU Council that meets 4 times a season. They are responsible for:
- Decision Making and Governance Duties
- Representing the CB and Clubs
- Communicate to CB and Clubs
- Act as an ambassador for the RFU
RFU Support Staff for Essex
The RFU have appointed stuff that support Essex in the following roles
- CB Relationship Manager
- Area Training Manager
- Coach Developer
- Club Developer
- Facilities Development Manager
- Club and Volunteer Support Manager
