Clubs in Essex participate in National RFU league competitions as well as locally organised Merit Table Leagues.

At the end of the season there is a national community cup competition sponsored by Papa Johns as well as local Cups for various levels of the game.

This season the RFU will once again be running the Papa John’s Women’s Community Cup Competitions; the Intermediate and Junior Cup and Plate competitions.
The entries for the 2024/25 Papa Johns Women’s Community Cup Competitions are now open. You have the option to request a confirmation of submission on the survey. Entry is not mandatory to the cup competitions.
