Are you a Level 2 or England Rugby Coaching Award (ERCA) Coach already coaching Women and Girls and would like to develop your skills further within the Essex Girls U16 Player Development Group (PDG)
We are looking for positive, enthusiastic coaches who get the best from their team with the aim of coaching future top flight players.
