Many thanks those of you that attended the Age Grade Conference at Romford and Gidea Park RFC this morning.

Covering Age Grade regulations, Safeguarding, Discipline and Rugby Safe we ask that attendees return to their clubs and share the learning and the topics as soon as practicable in the season.
